Pros

coffee and the food is exceptional the property is beautiful and right on the water and the cliff walk Collaboration is good except for one key player

Cons

leadership don't lead or take responsibility for their actions. the work environment (downstairs in the basement) is constantly flooded, moldy, and just all around disturbing. I was abused while i was there, physicaly and verbally. No one there is happy and the staff refers to the building as the owners dollhouse. Not cute? You're not working there. It's shallow, it's rude and the very worst experience of my life. It actually put me in the hospital for PTSD.

Pros

Nice location, great view. Money is good during summer. OK in off-season.

Cons

There are too many managers/supervisors throughout the hotel/restaurant that all think they're in a place to manage everyone instead of staying in their respective role with their respective team. You have someone that works at the front desk checking guests into the hotel that are trying to tell a server or bartender how to do their job. In turn, ridiculous amount of micromanagement, even during a busy time. Creates a lot of frustration and tension throughout the staff. Managers also tend to not keep their word on things or practice what they preach.
