      I have been in the industry for 25+ years and I have to say that The Carlin Collaborative is an amazing place to work. Amanda listens to what people have to say, takes the information in, evaluates it, and provides feedback. The environment is collaborative, supportive, flexible, and overall a healthy place to be.
