A joke of a company - Executive Assistant The CW Employee Review

Completely unlivable pay for everyone except the upper levels who were so grossly overcompensated that it was almost a joke. A one-person HR department that consisted of one of the most petty, bootlicking, two-faced men I've ever met. A parent company with literally no understanding of how the entertainment industry works, and no desire to listen or learn from its employees who have been in said industry for decades. Oh and layoffs, layoffs, layoffs.
