      CSI has established a very healthy working environment based on family values, learning and team participation. The work is interesting and challenging and pushes us to truly problem-solve for our clients.

      Owner cares about the worker's quality of life and in growing the agency. Fun work environment. Family feel. Great bank of clients. No two days are the same.

      Cons

      As a long term employee I've been very satisfied with building my career at CSI. One of the best decisions I've made.
