Cons
Salaries in most departments are ridiculously low. Technology is about 10+ years behind where it should be. Quality is secondary to productivity. New CEO his hiring all his "buddies" at FABULOUS salaries while existing staff members are leaving in droves because of low salaries. For example, designers with master's degrees and years of experience are making less than the salary at which the CEO just hired a high-school-degree-required admin assistant (another of his "buddies," who incidentally, is from Canada. Said he couldn't find an adequate admin assistant in the Denver metro area. Seriously? Does he think people are stupid? By the way, the CEO is NOT Michael McAllisters. It's Gary something or other who was brought in after Michael retired and the firm was taken over by another organization.
