      Cons

      Pay is not nearly competitive with the market that the company exists within. Company expects you to work late & after-hours to cover for leadership & sales far over-promising what is capable with the size of the team on an engagement.

      Everyone I worked with was very kind and competent.

      No major cons. I only left because I received an offer at another company that was more in line with my long term goals.
