      Poor work-life balance, expected to work over 50 hours a week and then be on call to answer calls, emails, and messages outside of these hours. Often worked an additional 5-10 hours a week.

      Fast paced work environment, fun working with meat and helping customers with different recipe ideas

      Cons

      Unpredictable work environment. Tough knowing what kind of mood the upper management will be in from day to day. Lots of temper issues.
