      You receive a, I think, a 10% discount on any of the buckles clothing and they have great clothes! You will also receive 3% commission on any sale

      Cons

      Since you get commission on a sale if a customer returns an item, you will lose that money

      Pros

      Interactive/Fun Environment Good Pay Very flexible hours

      Cons

      They're very willing to work with you if your sales are high enough, but if you don't meet that threshold, you're pretty out of luck from the start. If it weren't for a couple of other people I worked with helping me get one good shift, I wouldn't have lasted more than a month.
