      Pros

      Most people who come in have been coming to the store for years and are loyal/friendly customers.

      Cons

      Before hired they made it sound like you would be making a decent amount of money with commission, but you make nothing. Management is nice in the beginning, but not understanding or considerate if you are sick or struggling with your mental health.

      Pros

      Interactive/Fun Environment Good Pay Very flexible hours

      Cons

      They're very willing to work with you if your sales are high enough, but if you don't meet that threshold, you're pretty out of luck from the start. If it weren't for a couple of other people I worked with helping me get one good shift, I wouldn't have lasted more than a month.
