Pros
- For being a smaller agency, you get all the perks you might expect from something larger (amazing perks, great benefits, cool pet friendly work environment).
-The people who run the Brigade are really kind, genuine folks. My creative director was supportive, but also trusting and allowed me to take me work and run. This type of management is rare, and such a treat when you find it.
- The team is incredibly talented, super driven, and really passionate. Aside from being superstars, it's a tight knit group. Feels like coming to work with best friends/family.
- Work with great brands, your portfolio is going to be full of good stuff.
Cons
I honestly can't think of any. It was a really solid and fulfilling gig.
