      I was very happy to be at the Bridgeway. It opened up new opportunities for my career. It felt very rewarding.

      You are not supported by the doctors or Managers. You are not respected or have any true value as an important part of the team. They will look you square In the eyes and lie to you.

      Pros

      The BridgeWay leadership teams seems very engaged compared to just a couple years ago. Their are fresh faces fro some leaders and the new CEO and new CFO really seem to get it when it comes to caring about the employees, engaging in a safe place to work, and creating career opportunities within the organization. I love showing up for work everyday and I am looking forward to a long career here!

      Still need to improve in some areas but what company doesn't?? It's a great place!
