      Pros

      My boss, coworkers, and the view were the best part of my job. It was challenging and fulfilling at the same time!

      Cons

      The raises were small. Sometimes the nurses were under staffed which made things stressful. But other than that it was a great job and company to work for.

      Pros

      The BridgeWay leadership teams seems very engaged compared to just a couple years ago. Their are fresh faces fro some leaders and the new CEO and new CFO really seem to get it when it comes to caring about the employees, engaging in a safe place to work, and creating career opportunities within the organization. I love showing up for work everyday and I am looking forward to a long career here!

      Still need to improve in some areas but what company doesn't?? It's a great place!

      PRN staff has a lot of flexibility.
