PROFESSIONALS BEWARE!!!! YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF, WILDLYYYYY UNDERPAID, DISRESPECTED, LIED TO, AND THEY WILL PLAY DUMB ABOUT IT THE ENTIRE TIME!!!!! Company actually almost ruined my life with the way they consistently lie. company is legitimately the most unimpressive assembly of adults i've ever encountered. i would equate working here with high school after high school. managers will literally NOT train their staff, and then complain that their team sucks, and instead of actually being a good manager, they'll just fire them. It's so embarrassing to watch. They will also GOSSIP ABOUT EVERYONE even the staff, saying things along the lines of how terrible they are at their job, but then they will promote them? just to keep complaining? i dont even think the GM at my property was actually ever the boss there it was definitely more the housekeeping manager calling the shots, or the gm from a different hotel. no accountability, or consistency in the workplace. this is one of those places that will preach they're a "family" but will literally milk you dry of all humanity. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF SELLING DRUGS. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND WORKING HERE TO MY WORST ENEMY
