      Pros

      The only pro I got from working here was learning what to NOT do if I wanted to run a successful company in the fitness industry.

      Cons

      Gym-front managers are scared of corporate always giving them unrealistic goals to hit. It turns into a domino effect of timid/sales-hungry management which then turns into them quitting or getting fired for poor performance. In the year I worked there, we went through 3 General Managers and tons of coaches. The company sounds like a broken record while advertising the "promotions from within" but I have yet to see an employee who started from the entry-level position and went into management. It is still a startup, and they are not going the right direction.

      To be frank I cannot think of one

      Management is extremely manipulative. They make tons of false promises to get you to be a hard working employee and rarely follow through. Unless you are a favorite and you can tell by their posts on social media who those few are. Its very unfortunate as the place has great potential but management only cares about sales and influencers. Nothing or no one else. They did have a Fitness Manager Coach Ari for a while and I believe she was one of the most hardworking managers Ive seen since working here. I believe she was only contracted short term, a wise lady. However Ive yet to see a manager do what she did in 3 months and be friendly and professional to everyone she came into contact with. She felt like a breath of fresh air and helped me discover a purpose for my work again.
