      Pros

      Potential for growth is amazing, they will train you on everything and support you, benefits are good

      Cons

      Not compensated for overtime during tax season, very low pay, technically you are a “salaried” employee, but you cannot work less than 40 hours even if you have nothing to do, they will make you come in on the weekend to make up hours missed even if there was a blizzard

      Genuinely fun, great people Core hours Wide range of experience to be gained in different accounting areas.

      Sometimes workload is very hard to keep up with, but comes with a growing business.
