      Pros

      I liked working there for about 5 years, but I don’t see how people can be last there beyond that, no actual chance for advancement.

      Cons

      Company hires based on being either a female or a family friend. TBL has about 80 employes and under 6 men on average. Very stingy with pay and the owner/manager takes everything personal don’t ever get on her bad side or she will move you from team to team until you quit. Minimal raises based on cost of living adjustments. You will always be given more and more work with very unrealistic due dates promised to clients

      Genuinely fun, great people Core hours Wide range of experience to be gained in different accounting areas.

      Sometimes workload is very hard to keep up with, but comes with a growing business.
