      Pros

      South End location, excellent creative staff, strong work ethic. Youthful feel with much of the staff. Seniir staff has a ton of experience.

      Cons

      Terrible environment- very negative. Little stability on accounts. Not great at winning new business. Benefits are the worst I have ever seen. The HR manager is also the CFO and his focus is on $ not on people. This is also driven by the owner who feels the same way. $ is more important than anyone who works there.

      Pros

      They can provide you with a sound platform to build up your career, but this would need more than 100% of your own involvement. Be aggressive in your marketing and things will be done. Staff is pleasant and provides ample of motivation.

      Cons

      Your 100% involvement is absolutely necessary. If you take it "even a bit" easy, you are on your own. Be aggressive in marketing, communicate effectively and things fall in place here.
