      great atmosphere, location good people, family-oriented perks and great time off

      need better communication along lines of business/subsidiaries. There is a disconnect.

      Pros

      Supportive Management, Partners are fabulous, Great employee perks - lunches, summer half day Fridays, events, July 4th week off, health insurance, HSA contribution, profit sharing, plethora of learning and growth opportunities.

      Cons

      There's nothing I don't like about working for The Bonadio Group. For some, being full time in office may be something they don't like, but I don't mind and actually prefer to be in office over remote, so its not a con for me.
