The fullness of the schedule fluctuates a lot. They recently bought a new spa this year, and with that came lots of changes to their business structure- I feel the client load has drastically lowered due to this. I've had to open my own practice to supplement income- yet feel that they will have a consistent full schedule again once everything settles.

There are not many pros to mention for this company, but if you're looking for a very laid back front desk job then this is the place for you.

Almost everything. Catty drama constantly. The manager at this specific location doesn't do anything. Sits on her butt in her office all day. If something goes wrong for a customer in the day spa, you will get the brunt of it all. No opportunities for advancement. You will be hired into a position and stay in that position for your entire time there. Unless you get promoted into a "key holder" position, in which, you will get a .50 cent raise and a key to open & close the business. But- the only reason you got that position is more than likely because of the turnover rate. AH yes, the turnover rate is remarkable here! Employees in and out the door every other month due to the very very poor management.
