Pros
The pay is decent, but for a central London location you’d expect that.
Cons
Toxic management, who use drugs and alcohol on shift and try to intimidate staff members when they complain to HR. The bar managers don’t do any work, they hide in the office ordering food and leave early. One manager told my colleagues that they had to get him drugs and if they didn’t he would fire them, complete abuse of power. Vile place to work, they use people and as soon as you speak up about their awful behaviour they try and make you quit. Managers hire their friends to try and cover their backs as they know they won’t tell on them. The bar team has an extremely high turnover of staff and I can see why. Honestly the most corrupt place I’ve ever worked.
