Pros
Some of the staff are very nice, the workplace is flexible as you can work from anywhere with a phone and a computer.
Cons
Compensation is absolutely ridiculous. When someone joins the company they are put on a "trial" salary of about $250/week before taxes. New employees are contractors so they do not receive benefits or any sort of compensation for internet, phone, gas and drive time, etc. They are told by the management that their pay will increase quickly and that they will have the potential for commissions.
The pay increases very slowly, and typically only once the employee brings it up to management several times. Although they are listed as contract workers, staff are expected to be on call at nearly all times and work far more than a 40 hour work week.
After a 6-month "trial" period of very hard work and ridiculous mental games / tests set forth by the CEO, the employee will be either encouraged to quit or terminated so another "trial" can take their place.
The management promise a wealth of connections to the rich and famous when in actual fact most "impossible requests" are achieved either on accident or through calls to general customer service lines and support staff.
The company only has about 15 paying members, and 40 or so who use the service but were given their membership free of charge in hopes they utilize it and pay the percentage fee.
Overall operations of this company are shoddy at best and not trustworthy. They have no regard or care for their staff or clients.
