      Ownership sells a concept that they don't deliver Squeeze everything they can out of employees without fair compensation Don't reinvest in their properties Bottom line is the dollar and not the care of their residents

      The residents are what make this place worth it. The pay Is decent.

      Cons

      Some of the Employees are hostile ,rude, and lazy not willing to train. They make you feel uncomfortable.
