Pros

Office location is good if you like working in central london.

Cons

This is quite possibly the worst employer I have ever worked for through my whole career. Firstly the CEO, does not have a clue, ever since they walked foot in the door the company has been run to the ground, he hires his friends, close associates and people he likes, he does not hire people who are capable for the role. The CEO says that the big table group is diverse and inclusive but when a close friend part of the senior management team made discriminating comments nobody batted an eyelid. The environment is like a boys club, if you don’t fit in you’re not welcome and you’ll be made to feel that way. Secondly the business had a current restructuring to save costs but the wages have almost doubled by yet again the CEO wanting to put his friends in high places. The business is failing, that is why the CEO has tied himself to the most profitable part of the business, and is waiting till the rest sinks, he is not a business man but a man that cares only to line the pockets of himself and his friends. You can’t report to the board because guess what, he’s friends with them too the moment you open your mouth you’ll be a scapegoat. The reviews on here are being cheated so badly, you can see just how desperate the senior management are to claw a decent reputation, but they’ve done way too much damage too ever be able to repair that reputation. If you have morals and are thinking about working here, just dont.

Hi - It's obviously disappointing to read this as we would never want anyone to feel such bitterness that they need to vent in this way. Unfortunately, you have posted a number of statements that are simply untrue, incorrect or misunderstood. If you really are someone who still works for us, then please do contact a member of the senior team so we can try and help. Clearly, it benefits nobody at all (including our CEO and Exec team) for you to feel this way so we would love to help you resolve your concern.

Pros

None I can think of. The company recently had a redundancy round and people were queuing up to leave the company to get away from the intolerable culture.

Cons

Nasty place to work. The same senior team who post glowing reviews on here have also been present at meetings where people are in tears, have witnessed four letter tirades emanating from the CEOs office and have themselves, in private, shared how much they dislike the business.

Pros

Good community and sense of job safety given size of operations

Cons

Lost in the crowd at times for the exact same reason it feels secure, the size of operation. No obvious and direct lines of progression
