Pros

There are no pros. Their content is subpar, management is condecending, and they prey on clients.

Cons

this company preys on new businesses who do not know that proposal writers should never ever be paid in percentages of contracts won. It is not only unethical but can be illegal. Proposals should only be paid hourly or by project. They should never be paid in percent of future won contract earnings: Creates a conflict of interest by incentivizing overstating capabilities, unrealistic pricing, or compliance shortcuts rather than objective, accurate proposal development Often violates government contracting rules under the Federal Acquisition Regulation, which generally prohibits contingent fees for securing federal contracts Not allowable under federal grant standards governed by Uniform Guidance, creating audit risk, repayment exposure, and potential loss of funding Misaligns compensation with responsibility since proposal writers control preparation and submission but not award decisions, scoring, or agency priorities Produces unpredictable and disproportionate costs that scale with award size rather than workload Can incentivize inflated contract values or unrealistic budgets

Pros

Everyone at the company is great, probably the best coworkers and leadership I've had in my career. It's also definitely a place where if you work hard and do your job well you are rewarded.

Cons

The health insurance has pretty high employee cost but that's really the standard if you aren't working at a big corporation.

Pros

- Very friendly people - Remote work - If you have zero experience on your resume and really need a job + experience this is an ok option

Cons

- You will not make good money at this company, They pay 18/hr (on salary) and that is the pay for (most) employees regardless of the position - You MUST start on a 1099 for the first 3 months - you won't become salaried until the 90 day mark - There isn't very much growth opportunity, nor is the company willing to give you a raise. If you want a raise, expect many additional tasks to be put on your plate, as well as a very close eye kept on you. - They will fire employees who want more money. We had a great employee on the team who really cared about his work, and went above and beyond. They refused to give this individual a promotion then said "he left before he got fired"
