      Pros

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      The owners of the company use coaches instead of the traditional business organization to be their henchmen in order to keep employees in line with their new age culture. When the employee is viewed as out of line with their culture they are abruptly terminated maliciously without notice just before Christmas without any severance or accrued PTO.

      Pros

      Work life balance is great. New leadership so still having some growing pains but nothing terrible. Consistent work and consistent volume. Overall, great place to work.

      Slightly top heavy. Large volume of leadership members compared to workers on the floor.

      Knowledgable, skilled, experienced, friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      Corporate management that doesn't know the first thing about jewelry or jeweler's needs. Only cares about the bottom line - not people, especially not employees.
