Pros

Coworkers are great, kids are great

Cons

The two "leaders" are horrible. Talk terribly about employees. They threaten lawsuits when people voice differing opinions or offer suggestions or have concerns. They micromanage everyone and everything. Don't get sick, it's a fight to ask off.

Pros

Good leadership and awesome team! You will learn a lot and be challenged but it is very rewarding knowing you’re helping a kiddo and their family.

Cons

Could be quick to burn out if you don’t take time to recharge.

Pros

Provide support for taking RBT exam, NET environment. Aesthetically pleasing play areas, and many compassionate coworkers.

Cons

Aesthetic takes precedent over employee support. They make an attempt to look like they value their employees on social media, but are not receptive to employee feedback. Many coworkers have been injured on the job and safety improved very little during my employment. The cute little village shops are great for small children, but the sharp angles of the entrances have also caused multiple injuries to the adults who have to duck in and out of them. Burn out is rampant and happens quickly to the underpaid and under supported staff who are there to make valuable change in client/family lives. Growth is difficult beyond 'lead' positions, student analyst positions are very competitive and still not paid enough for the amount of work the job entails. There are often not enough staff to cover the clients and BCBAs are often working directly with clients, leaving RBTs without support when needed.
