Not the Worst - Direct Staff The Behavior Place Employee Review

The Behavior Place is a family oriented company, dedicated to meeting the needs of the families of both clients and employees. The owner has been there for me through some of the hardest times in my life and was compassionate, understanding, and flexible, allowing me to take the time off I needed or rearrange my schedule to suit my needs at the time. The culture at TBP is laid back, though professional. The owner and supervisors work incredibly hard, going above and beyond to meet the needs of the clients AND employees. They are creative, fun, and strive to keep the morale up no matter how hard things get. This place has been a blessing to countless families, including my own.

I do not have any cons to share.

Decent pay, reimbursed for training.

If LQBTQ+ they will fire you at the first opportunity they get, no PTO, small staff so very little support, senior staff is unorganized and prescribe very ineffective treatments, other RBTs are burnt out and spend majority of sessions on phone not attending to kids.
