      Nice culture and people. Great work life balance. Some of the benefits are good such as additional benefits for having a pet and/or starting a family

      Cons

      Underpaid for the amount of work that you do. Horizontal structure makes it harder to find new opportunities no matter how much you advocate for yourself. The people who has connections prior to joining firm gets the more exciting opportunities.

      Great people and culture, decently competitive salary.

      Cons

      Not the best at managing clients and protecting workload of the team. Lots of hours spend doing double work for demanding clients.
