      - bad upper management, no understanding of the industry, from District mangers to Regional and up , have never worked a day behind the chair. - set in unreasonable expectations , - Does not listen to their stylists -they say everything you want to hear but never follow through

      There are a million reasons why i love working for TBG, the most important is how inspired I am to achieve more in my career and they are providing the launching pad. Talent is recognized and the team goals are attainable with teamwork that takes place!
