Pros
The owners are not your typical bar owners. They are young, well educated, and not substance abusers. It's the busiest and best bar to work at in Cheney. They're always doing theme parties and really care about what their customers and employees think. Overall, great place to work.
Cons
There's really nothing wrong with the company itself. The only downfall to bartending in Cheney is that it's pretty much a college bar, catering to students of Eastern Washington University. Unfortunately, your tips will be significantly less then what you would earn in Spokane. But the trade off is that you only have to deal with college kids, not old alcoholics or gangsta wannabes.
