      Young, entrepreneurial and dynamic, the firm was not frightened of adapting to change quickly.

      Cons

      The very positive traits of the group were also its downfall: youth often equated to immature decisions, entrepreneurial to corner-cutting, and dynamism to quixotic, dictatorial and bullying management traits.
