Pros
The office space is nice
Cons
Honestly, working at The Axel Group was a nightmare. If your life isn’t completely centered around the company, management makes it miserable. Sean, in particular, creates an extremely high-pressure environment, and it feels like nothing is ever good enough. Turnover is insane, just check their Instagram. Only a handful of people stick around, usually because they’re friends with leadership or feel stuck. The culture is extremely insular and cliquey, and it’s hard to build a real team dynamic when favoritism is so obvious. Work-life balance is nonexistent, and the expectations are completely unreasonable. There’s very little support for employees, and feedback is often delivered in a harsh or public way. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow, feel respected, or have a normal work-life balance, this is not it. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company, don't waste your time.
