Pros
If you are culinary focused I would recommend working here. If you are new to the industry and want to learn technique and buff your resume I also recommend.
Cons
Felt too rigid for me. Regularly had to work past my allotted schedule to finish (start as well) tasks that were not urgent. Also the Bar Prep position is a completely BOH, Prep Cook adjacent position. Would not recommend experienced bartenders to take this position. Cannot speak to bartending there. I think there is an expectation to work your way up, despite having qualifying experience.
