Terrible work place. Toxic culture of bullying and backstabbing. TAP employ talented people who they micro manage and run into the ground. They don’t care about people. Constant restructuring, they have no direction, Top management heavy, based on who’s friends with each other. Waste of time and public money. Dont be fooled into working here, you will regret it and it will ruin your career.
