      Founders are tech bros that don't care about the people who actually work there. Treat you great to get you to sign on, get your audience to subscribe, then dump you when they've gotten peak value from you

      Pros

      Work from home is good. Fitness app allows you to earn points for gift cards and money in your paycheck. Good amount of PTO.

      Cons

      Your experience working there varies widely depending on who your manager is. Editor pay is low, but writer pay is high. Same people seem to get promoted all the time.
