The kids are great. The pay is decent. The work is fulfilling and helps you grow as an educator.

The work is high energy and can be exhausting, especially with the little ones. Limited hours.

None, stay away, Far away.

By far one of the least supportive, chaotic, emotionally depleting jobs that I have ever had. Management WILL talk badly about you behind your back. You will be unsupported and thrown into teaching without proper training. You WILL be gaslit, lied to, and treated with the upmost disrespect. Attempt to fix issues? Have fun getting your hours cut. You will not be paid for all of your work either, keep an eye on your hours because this company will try to steal your income. I got out ASAP and even that was not quick enough.
