By far one of the least supportive, chaotic, emotionally depleting jobs that I have ever had. Management WILL talk badly about you behind your back. You will be unsupported and thrown into teaching without proper training. You WILL be gaslit, lied to, and treated with the upmost disrespect. Attempt to fix issues? Have fun getting your hours cut. You will not be paid for all of your work either, keep an eye on your hours because this company will try to steal your income. I got out ASAP and even that was not quick enough.

Good environment and students. All instructors were amazing to work with.

Toxic owner and managers. No structure, overwork staffs, low pay with zero benefits.
