Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. We are very pleased to serve active duty American heroes, their families, and military retirees, and you are at the heart of that mission. We also appreciate your candor. Like you, we were disappointed that the federal government's contract provisions reduced the leave and health & welfare benefits that come with the position, and it's something we're seeing happen at several locations as the DoD standardizes its contract practices. It's a change that the entire industry is feeling right now, and we are with you. That said, we hope that our work together will continue to be fulfilling.
