      Pros

      You'll learn a ton and be given a lot of leeway to implement your own ideas. You'll also have a name on your resume that gets noticed by recruiters and future bosses. Working here was a major turning point in my career.

      Cons

      Management will make or break your ability to get anything done, and some Agora divisions are run better than others. A few have struggled in recent years and even folded. Do your due diligence.

      I loved working for The Agora. Was a great experience.

      Cons

      The best and worst things are one and the same-- you have a great deal of autonomy and this is a blessing and a curse if you do cannot manage yourself well.
