Each employee can help to make a difference in a disabled person's life. Most employees demonstrate acts of kindness daily.
Cons
Upper management does not value creative thinking by employees. Procedures are not supported by current educational principles. The turn-over by staff is constant because of poor renumeration, poor organization, and poor protocol development.
