      Pros

      The leader (CEO) is probably one of the nicest person I've ever met. Under him, group is tight unit.

      Cons

      Lack of understanding at office side , how much we can push production that leave production schedule behind time to time.

      Really great people at this company.

      Cons

      The systems there are pretty dialed, but that also meant the sale was more just hand holding the client through the process, which wasn’t very stimulating or fulfilling.
