Pros

The staff is nice, for the most part. They offer insurance to those that work enough hours and pay weekly.

Cons

While friendly, the staff seems uninterested in the actual job at hand, that being finding work for their temp pool. They do not line up new assignments as the old ones wind down. They over hire for assignments, then reduce hours for others to try and have everyone work. Their scheduling is confusing and in no way created with Good or even Best Practices in mind. Additionally the scheduling always appears to be done at the last minute, sometimes after the fact, which bewilders me. I shouldn't have to do their job AND my assignment, but you will get to do just that if you sign on with them. None of the assignments they had available were outside of the 10 to 13 dollar range. For a company that has been in Austin doing this for 40 years, they conduct themselves more like a startup with no seasoned leadership.
