      Pros

      The only pro is that all of the employees are in the same boat -the same lopsided, broken, oarless boat.

      If you want to feel successful, you won't. If you want to feel appreciated, you won't. If you want to be paid fairly, you won't. If you want to be treated with kindness and respect, you won't. If you want to work for good solid people that treat you fairly celebrates your contributions then don’t.
