Pros

Family Atmosphere- Family comes first, and they strive to make you part of a work family. They truly care about you both professionally and personally. They have very fun work environment and encourage methods of lowering stress levels. Upper management is easy to talk to and receptive to new ideas. They offer lots of perks, they may seem little but they really add up. That Company also ensures that "training" is not an issue or barrier to do a job effectively. Proper expectations is something they not only preach about but also how the live by.

Cons

Thing can happen fast and without warning, growing pains can be hard to foresee at times but they are typically handled well and all businesses have them.

Pros

My favorite thing is that you don't have to just count on a manager to recognize you, they have this really neat program of peer recognition every week. The "coin" program means that your coworkers call you out and give you props. Very progressive and if you do a good job you WILL be recognized! Very positive environment. New laptops given to employees every couple of years. Employee training, when I started here I didn't know much, now I'm certified by Google with multiple specializations. Catered lunches Free car detailing 80s style arcade Xbox lounge Paid life insurance Really really smart people, constantly learning something from someone. Family friendly, bring kids to work when you need to. Weekly team building Generous vacation, you earn at just 6 months. Keeps increasing. No micro management, independent work environment. Go home early on Fridays

Cons

Sometimes stressful Constantly updating technology can be hard to keep up with. Constant Google changes in SEO and PPC also not easy to keep up with even with weekly training, but that's more about the industry than about the company. I don't like writing a blog every month
