      In some projects: - The management is visionless and dogmatic. - Transparency is no longer an upheld value. - Allergic to innovation from some teams. - Talks about autonomy, but exercise micromanagement. - No career progression in place. - Wants to hire unicorns, will inevitably overstretch an under-authorised person until they burst.

      Pros

      Exciting and growing company, in a relatively immature industry one so lots of new things happening. Everyone is keen to help and offer advice/guidance and everyone has a genuine desire to see the company succeed.

      Cons

      Unfortunate timing for me as SD and MD left early in to my tenure. The business needs this stability.
