Our belief is that no colleague should ever have to work on their birthday, so if it falls on a week day you get it off! If you join the business on a year where your birthday falls on a weekend, you might feel like you’re losing out, but the main thing is you don’t have to work on your birthday! We understand and feel your pain about parts shortages. As a result of the pandemic there is a global shortage of parts that is affecting many businesses. Our supply chain team are working really hard to try and make sure we get what we need on time, but we cant always get what we need when we need it. The global shortage of parts doesn’t actually impact our bonus, as on time delivery, and hitting targets aren’t metrics in our bonus. We plan on running bonus workshops with our colleagues to ensure everyone understands this.
