Pros

I had the pleasure of working for Analygence for over a year. The small company / family-like environment that they strive to foster is one of their best characteristics. They REALLY go out of their way to take care of their employees. Do yourself a favor and look into joining their team. I had planned to stay for many years but unfortunately, the contract I was working on had expired and, although they did their best to try and find something for me, it was time to move on.

Cons

I would like to share some constructive criticism with the leadership team in order to help improve the company, but I honestly can't think of any areas that need improvement. Sorry!

Pros

Great work helping define and refine use of emerging technologies across the training spectrum from live fly fighter aircraft, advanced simulation technologies, AI advancement and cyber secure architecture.

Cons

Workload pressure to continuously deliver top-quality capabilities for warfighters - I wouldn't have it any other way!

Pros

Tharros fosters a truly supportive culture where leadership focuses on working with you rather than over you. There is a refreshing lack of micromanagement, as management trusts your expertise and provides the autonomy needed to manage your own responsibilities. It feels like a genuine partnership where your professional growth is encouraged, making it an ideal environment for anyone who values a collaborative and empowering workplace.

Cons

Because the company moves quickly, the environment is best suited for self-starters who are comfortable navigating a fast-paced workflow. While there aren't traditional negatives to highlight, the high level of independence means you are responsible for managing your own time and staying proactive with your professional development. It is less of a "hand-holding" environment and more of a place where you get out exactly what you are willing to put in.
