Pros
The engineering team is good and has a lot of smart, hard working people. Everyone is driving towards the right goal and are, for 95% of the time ,working together and not against. There will be, like most companies, a few individuals you need to convince otherwise. The HR department keeps changing personnel, and this year's group is trying to do its best of organizing the workplace for better productivity.
Cons
IT department is lackadaisical. For one, they are too short staffed for the amount of IT issues that occur, and two there are a great deal of IT issues that take forever to fix. The workplace culture varies from year to year depending on which key personnel are in executive positions, but for the most part there always seems to a game of politics at play.
