Pros

Flexible timing. No issues with leaves. 6.5 hours shift will mark your attendence for whole day. Good technology stack in few projects. Great products

Cons

There are a lot of cons. - French Management rules the company. - Indian Manager was just a puppet of French manager and will never take stand for you. - There is very less transparency in the system. - Lot of Favouritism in the team. - No or improper KT is given. some old people in the team will not guide you as they don't want to lose their dependency. - Old people in the company are ruling and enjoying the perks. - Big brand with some process like small local companies. - they will show fancy JD but the work would be very bad and you will regret joining Gemalto/ Thales - Do not Join Digital payments/ mobile financial services - important tip. - HR are worst till date of my career. - Your work will never be appreciated if you are not in Indian and French manager favorite list. - Do not join for Devops or integration profile. It's completely waste. - very less people open to knowledge sharing., Indirectly there is politics but not visible openly. - Join at your risk. There is hire and fire system.

Pros

*This only applies to the Montgomeryville location* None. Used to be a great place to work. I enjoyed the work I did and the various teams I worked with.

Cons

*This only applies to the Montgomeryville location* -Health benefits have gotten worse each year. -Constant layoffs. -Changed from an 8 hour 3 shift day, 5 days a week to a 10 hour 2 shift day, 4 days out of the week. The idea was to save money on overtime, then they started asking the employees to stay the 4 hours between shifts. Then they started asking the employees to work the extra 3 days. Then they made the employees sign a waiver, making the 3 days mandatory when needed. -Flat raises, everyone gets the same raise. -Lower management no longer cares -Upper management is too focused on vanity projects or no longer cares
