      Pros

      Very flexible hours. I usually came in at around 6 AM and left at 2 PM. Out of my own free will.

      Cons

      For most of the time I was interning, the manager that I was under would rarely come to speak with me, and even when I was to approach him, I felt very insignificant.

      Pros

      Friendly people at the lower levels. Great at putting up with lots of nonsense and “pivoting”.

      Cons

      No effort in employee retention. Lots of employees leaving (whether by their own choice or not) yet there is very little effort in finding replacements, leading to higher work loads with no increase in compensation. Pay is uncompetitive and raises and nowhere near enough to make up the difference.
